Longs Peak - Colorado’s front range

We were practically high altitude virgins before this day, as this was (I believe) the first fourteener for everyone in the group.  Arriving in Colorado only twelve hours earlier from sea-level Nebraska didn’t help us acclimatize. . . but lack of oxygen aside, Longs didn’t lack unforgettable views.

On this trip: Jacob, Patty, Josh, and I.  I fell for the top’s vistas of innumerable peaks and bowls.
