Pursuits - Around the world and at home

I really like to travel.  My wife and I spend more money on travel than food, clothes, and entertainment combined.  Usually we visit family and friends.  (We love to be hosts, too, by the way--come visit us in Southern California!).  Some pictures from some of the more exotic locales we’ve been privileged to visit are below.

BACKPACKING COLUMBINE PASS

JUNE 18-10, 2008

Mindy and I took the Durango-Sliverton railway to the Needleton stop, then hiked up into Chicago Basin.  The San Juans are unspeakably gorgeous, and I hope to die there.  Multiple times.
